Users generally find the add-on useful and able to download conversations, but several reviews report consistent problems: exported text often loses Markdown formatting and list content, the download button can be hidden at the bottom of a long conversation sidebar (requiring refresh/scroll), occasional failures occur, and there is no option to choose download format or file extension.
