The 11th Solothurn forest hike leads from Grinchenberg via Weissenstein and Balmberg to Hofbergli and integrates the UNESCO World Natural Heritage site of Bettlachstock. The integrated interactive forest hike complements this offer with digital and playful elements that were designed for individual visitors, families and school classes. The four hikes in the Grenchenberg, Bettlachstock, Weissenstein and Balmberg areas offer exciting insights into ecosystems, sustainable forest use and geological developments.

There are playful tasks, puzzles and observation tasks for families and school classes that encourage active engagement with the forest. Adults receive in-depth content on forestry topics and current challenges such as climate change - conveyed through explanatory videos, interactive graphics and quiz formats.
