Visana myPoints

The myPoints app is now available as a preview version!
It is continuously being developed and will replace the myPoints integration in the Visana app in the future. Before installing, please note that the myPoints preview app currently requires Google Health Connect. Make sure your fitness tracker, such as Google Fit, Polar, or Fitbit, syncs its data correctly with Google Health Connect. If you use Garmin fitness trackers, please continue using the Visana app. You will be notified as soon as the myPoints app supports your fitness tracker.


myPoints is Visana's digital bonus program.

We support you in consciously incorporating more exercise into your daily routine. Whether through sports or in small steps – the key is to exercise regularly. In addition to exercise, you can also collect loyalty points, for example, through a customer recommendation or through several supplementary insurance policies. Visana rewards all of this with up to 120 francs per year – all without vouchers or discounts. Payouts are easy and direct to your bank account.

Requirements
To use myPoints, you need supplemental insurance with Visana, must be at least 12 years old, and must be a resident of Switzerland. Registration takes place via your myVisana account, which you can create free of charge.

Your data is safe with us.
Data protection is our top priority. The myPoints app is protected by a multi-level security infrastructure. Nevertheless, Visana recommends protecting your smartphone from unauthorized access using biometrics or a PIN code. Please ensure you never share your data with third parties.
