About the service

There are bicycle delivery services in over 20 localities in Switzerland, which take care of the transport of your purchases to your door. You can find out where the offer is available via the app or is in planning at viavelo.ch.

In most cases, delivery is made by people participating in a social and professional integration program. At some locations, delivery is done by the local bike courier.

Depending on the location, optional additional services (e.g. disposal of waste glass) can be ordered. The prices and payment methods vary depending on the local operating model.
