old technology, the Bluetooth needs to be connected *every time* and there is just one button that does everything. also you can update your data and period just 3 days ago when it affects the whole month. such an expensive product for really no reasons at all. frustrated

I'm giving this a 1, in the last year I've noticed that the help desk has gone from very responsive to NO response at all. I've emailed every week and nothing. I can only assume the company is not doing well, having also no app updates or news feeds. I've been using for years now and was very very positive at the start. Huge shame.
