WiFi works but app doesn't recognize Connect box, extender or other devices on home network. App useless. Sunrise support also useless. Previously worked before UPC switched my service to Sunrise. No longer any Wi-free option.

Did not connect anything, did not scan the code. Actually, just hard disk space Removed. *Update* After more than 5 years, still 1*, as I cannot change anything on the connect Box. I understand that for Noobs this is OK, but I NEED to modify!
