User Reviews

Overall, U-Abo is praised for its simple, intuitive design and convenient digital tickets, making travel easier in Basel and nearby regions. Users report strong usability and quick onboarding. However, recurring issues with renewals and payments, including methods not being accepted and in-app renewal failures, repeatedly disrupt service. There are also problems with automatic renewal reminders, login stability, and inconsistent support. Some users also feel the app is too expensive. Improvements in payment reliability, auto-renew/reminders, and account support would significantly enhance the experience.
