Cannot get free ticket with my pass

Whoever coded this app didn't think things through at all. When trying to pay with twint on a phone, the QR code is displayed on the screen but there is no redirection to the actual app, and the number code for the payment isn't visible either, so one is completely stuck. Then, when trying to go back to the reservation, the seats that I could not pay for appear as reserved, probably because of some server dependencies. Very frustrating and inconvenient.
