Developed by patients, for patients, TOM simplifies adding new medicines, generating PDFs of monthly health reports, and securely logging your treatment history. It combines a medicine list, health measurements (like blood pressure and weight), and activity tracking in one private, encrypted solution. No registration is required and data remains linked to a randomly generated ID, with two-way encryption to protect privacy.

Fantastic app, works so well and no screaming annoying ads! Very well designed. It even lets you input data to track several bio-parameters like weight, bo, cholestrol , so many things. This data is then shown in a neat graph giving great visual feeedback. All i could wish for is a function to add several meds to one alert. I take several pills at 10am.Thank you and well done Dev ☺️
