eTransit trucker

eTransit trucker is part of the “eTransit” overall solution for creating, forwarding, receiving and archiving electronic accompanying documents (e-accompanying documents). As an alternative and in accordance with the specifications of the paper template “Accompanying document for cloven-hoofed animals” from the Federal Food Safety and Veterinary Office (FSVO), the entire transport of cloven-hoofed animals * can be digitally mapped.

* In a first phase only the pig genus is supported. Further genera (e.g. cattle, sheep, etc.) will follow in a later expansion step.

By using e-accompanying documents, the user is no longer obliged to keep the accompanying documents in paper form for 3 years in accordance with Art. 13 TSV.

Usage scenarios:
- Loading of accompanying documents
- Unloading accompanying documents
- Forwarding of accompanying documents (e.g. using a QR code)
- paper transfer
- Delete the current document version


Technical requirements:
- You must have an Agate account to use this app. If you do not have an account yet, you can register yourself at www.agate.ch.
- You need the 'Chauffeur' role in the 'eTransit' system or the 'Animal keeper' role in the TVD in order to be able to work with this app. Register with identitas AG to get the 'Chauffeur' role.
- You are legally obliged to present an electronic accompanying document to authorized authorities at any time upon request. For this it is necessary that you have installed a PDF viewer app on your device.
