Habe die App soeben aktualisiert und mein Benutzerkonto und Pin eingegeben die ich bei der Registrierung im 2015 von Anis erhalten habe und jetzt kommt immer wieder eine Fehlermeldung dass mein Benutzerkonto ungültig ist. Wie soll ich jetzt meine Katze als vermisst melden wenn die App nicht funktioniert! Meine beiden Katzen sind seit Dez. 2015 bei Ihnen registriert und den Bestätigungsbrief hab ich immer noch also sollten ja diese Daten immer noch aktuell und nutzbar sein oder?
