Record time with minimal effort, switch between projects and tasks, and access on-the-fly statistics to see your recorded times at a glance. Features include creating projects and tasks, per-entry details, multi-task recording, manual time entry, timeline editing, and domain-based organization with on/off toggles for different activity types, plus quick, in-app reports.

Optional backups to local storage and Google Drive, plus CSV export for open data export and analysis in Excel, Sheets, or LibreOffice. Time estimation shows the percentage of time spent, and the app remains ad-free. The Pro version adds unlimited tasks and entries, geofencing and working-time models, while Sync & Team provides encrypted multi-device synchronization and a web-based data management layer.

Incredibly good app, but now it's not free!

Update in 2026: Still has a great UI. I use it for all my work projects and I have about 2000 time entries per year. (I haven't tried the sync&team feature since 2023 though). In 2023 I said: "It's so easy to time multiple tasks and projects :). The sync method (which requires a subscription) is buggy though: often it does not sync the end of time entries, resulting in massively long time entries on other devices [and the correct length of the time entry is lost]."
