loads the welcome screen, but pressing let's go runs into error 000003c4. Clearing the cache and storage did not help.

So far, so good. Adding Lunch-Check as a payment option was a great improvement, but I still don’t find the app’s interface very user-friendly. There is no search function, only filters. For example, there should be an option to show products with a 50% discount.

Why do they have to make it so complicated to buy coffee? First they make coffee machines cashless, and now this? Why can't I just swipe my card? Why do I need to download yet another pointless app?

Not a very obvious checkout experience. It wasn't clear to me how I had paid.

Logs out again even if 'remember me' is on. You have to scroll through the entire menu, there is no easy search method. Changing or unclear payment connection to lunch card. First it was only available through top up, now it's again under payment method.

Felfel is great, only thing I dislike is that you need that badge (especially the tiny hole makes it impossible to add it to most keychains). The vending machines should be able to work with your mobile phone too (eg RFID/NFC).
