Rhythmic Metronome

Rhythmic Metronome is a powerful and ad-free metronome extension designed for musicians who need to practice complex rhythms with precision. It allows users to create custom rhythms composed of various note types including whole notes, triplets, dotted notes, and rests, within specified time signatures that emphasize downbeats and secondary beats. Tempo can be set using direct keyboard input, a dropdown of Italian tempo markings, or incremental buttons.

Users can save their rhythms within the app's memory or copy and paste rhythm data via an import/export interface. Advanced users benefit from a special input mode that supports arbitrary note durations, tuplets, and time signatures, as well as grouping and repetition of notes for intricate rhythm patterns. While the metronome provides audio-only clicks, it ensures detailed control for practicing complex musical pieces. Open source code is available, and the extension respects licensing from original sound and coding contributors.
