The new smartphone app e-SI for our damage inspectors enables the damage to be recorded directly on site and amazes our customers. Together with the customer, the damage inspector can inspect the damage, note down the most important points and take pictures. Speech recognition helps him, among other things. Possible next steps (e.g. repairs) are discussed with the customer and the necessary craftsmen can be informed and called in via the app. The customer receives the report with the next steps and all contact persons electronically during the visit. Furthermore, certain cases can be dealt with directly with the customer's signature.
