Working well at the end of June '23. Do wish it had the ability to be a bit more distinguishing in who it blocks. As a result I do tend to leave it off most of the time. But it is brilliant if all you can see is partisan blue check marks on a thread. Also do note if you block too many accounts in a short period of time Twitter will log you out.
