Celestia IDE is a Chrome extension built off of CodeMirror and Text.app. This coding solution aims to replace the Chrome Dev Editor, by offering an accessible platform for creating Chrome apps and other programming documents. Although it isn't fully developed yet, it functions as a competent text editor and comes with unique features like new themes and icon designs.
