Isn't working as expected. Alt-wheel does nothing, Ctrl-wheel zooms in/out =(

This used to work nicely, but now (Chrome 74.0.3729.157 on Linux) it's zooming and scrolling at the same time (instead of just scrolling). A fix would be very welcome.
