Centurial Firefox

Centurial

Saves web sites to Centurial as a source.

Features & Capabilities

Centurial is true evidence-based genealogy software. Evidence comes from sources, and in modern day genealogy, many of these sources can be found online. This browser extension helps you to save a web page to Centurial as a source.

With a single click, this extension imports source citations, screen captures and possibly genealogical information and claims.

For this extension to work properly, you need to install the Centurial desktop application, which you can download from here.

Please note that this extensions sends the url and contents of the web page you are importing to the Centurial desktop application, where all relevant genealogical information is extracted from it. As both Firefox and the Centurial desktop application are running on your local computer, this information is not send over the internet and never leaves your computer. We do however monitor which web site (not: web page) you import, in order to improve the import experience for the most imported web sites. Please read the Privacy Policy for more information on this.
