Doesn't work dont even know how to use it

Although, I appreciate the concept, the extension doesn't function as intended, when I click a link, it keeps me in the browser, however, I do have a question, if we click on a link while on steam that should take us to chrome, will it redirect to the link being used on steam, if so, I will change my rating, if not, I just hope you know that I just don't plan to use this any time soon.
