ProtejAME is the official app of the Secretariat of Public Security and Social Defense of the State of Ceará (SSPDS-CE), developed to offer a direct, fast, and secure communication channel between citizens and security forces.

Our main objective is to guarantee protection and speed when you need it most, allowing you to report emergencies and monitor security measures directly from your cell phone.

• Emergency Activation: Immediate and silent sending of incidents to the Integrated Security Operations Coordination (Ciops), ensuring a rapid response from the Military Police. • Precise Geolocation: When registering a call, your exact location is sent in real time to patrol cars, facilitating and speeding up rescue or assistance. • Monitoring and Notifications: Receive important alerts about your registration and reminders for updates or renewals of security forms. • Confidentiality and Security: The entire process takes place in an encrypted and secure environment, ensuring that your data is protected by the Government of the State of Ceará. • Quick Access: Simplified interface so that requests for help can be made with just a few taps on the screen, even in risky situations.
