If you manage pull requests that have a lot of files and you only need to review certain file types, then this is the extension for you. A dynamic toolbar will appear underneath GitHub's main navigation bar which will give you buttons to show or hide individual file types or show/hide all file types. Each file type filter button also shows the number of times that file type is present within the pull request. When on the /pulls/ page the navigation bar will allow you to filter the requesters of the available pull requests on the page.
