Will update my review if either the title is changed or if the extension is updated to remember the other subtitle settings (e.g.: Subtitles' location on the screen, with an option to reset to default would be amazing, both suggestions being because disabling+reenabling CC resets their location to the bottom middle; drop-shadow on/off; window color+opacity; background color+opacity; font selected; etc.) |

Their defaults aren't very readable and YT keeps forgetting my defaults. It's becoming somewhat of a chore to set them every time I open a new video. EDIT: 1) I did NOT accidentally press any shortcut key: it is YouTube randomly "resetting" my defaults, even on other devices and/or browsers such as Brave (which I use on Android). Just because. :/ 2) I solved that specific problem with another extension, "CheckSub - Custom Subtitles" 3) Now I've got another problem: I'm a multilingual user. So I watch videos in English, Italian or French. If I watch a video in one language and then another video in another of the languages I know, I get the automatic translation into the language of prior video. Which isn't what I wanted nor needed. :/ I tried fiddling with ALL the settings of the extension, but to no avail. The two "translation settings" are usually OFF, but I still have to stop the video, re-select the language of the captions in the settings, and restart the video. Kinda annoying, eh? |

Me gusta también que se puede configurar para que automáticamente muestre subtítulos para videos que no estén en nuestro idioma y que no salgan subtítulos cuando el video está en nuestro idioma. |
