User reviews
I purchased a month of this app to be able to pause my overgrown FB group and go in and remove inactive members. It will allow you to remove 100 per day and it says a maximum of 500 per week. This supposedly is to keep in line with FB algorithms so your group does not get flagged or shut down. I have searched all over the internet and do not find any statements that confirm these limits as being set by FB. Some days I would remove 100 members and it would say I had only removed 5 so I do not really trust that counter. However, once I had indeed reached a total of 500 it did come to a halt. Regardless, I am in my first week and reached 500 so now I am waiting for the 500 count to reset. Thus I cannot use that feature for now. I have not been able to find any information as to what day that will reset. Every day it says it will reset at 8 pm the next day and every day that changes to the next day. So I am still waiting. I also sent a question in the help desk asking about something else and got a response that it was being forwarded to the subscription team. That was several days ago and still no answer. I am not impressed with the customer service or ability to obtain answers readily. For the price of this, they should have a chat option where one can get quick help.

No mention that this costs US$300 a year minimum. Otherwise so limited as to be useless for an active group with lots of members. No problem people charging, although this seems like a very high cost for what it is, but I want to see that before I download.
