SENGA Driver

SENGA Driver is the app for drivers and delivery people on the SENGA network in the Democratic Republic of Congo (starting in Beni).

This app is NOT the passenger app. Customers use "Senga." SENGA Driver is reserved for professionals who receive and complete rides.

Driver features:
• Go online/offline to receive rides
• Receive taxi and motorcycle taxi requests
• Receive delivery requests
• Accept or decline a ride
• Navigate to the pickup location
• Track and close the ride
• Scheduled rides, ridesharing, rentals, and moving (subject to availability)
• View earnings and activity history

How it works:
1. Open SENGA Driver and log in with your phone number.

2. Go online.

3. Accept a ride, meet the customer, and complete the trip.

4. Track your earnings in the app.

Target audience: Taxi drivers, motorcycle taxi drivers, and delivery drivers who are partners of SENGA in the DRC.
