MetaFit Student is the official app for students of the MetaFit fitness consultancy. Track your workout, your diet, and communicate with your personal trainer all in one place.

MAIN FEATURES

- Today's Workout: View the exercises prescribed by your coach, mark completed sets, record weights, and see your progress history.

- Weekly Diet: Meals organized by day, with photos, descriptions, and substitutions approved by your coach.

- Hydration: Daily tracking of water consumption with personalized goals.

- Student/Coach Chat: Send messages, photos, and audio directly to your personal trainer.

- Cardio: Cardio program with sessions and check-ins.

- History: All your workout, weight, and measurement progress is saved for review whenever you want.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Your MetaFit trainer creates your account and grants you access.

2. You log in to the app with the email and password sent by your trainer.

3. Everything the coach prescribes appears automatically: workout, diet, goals, messages.

4. You mark what you did and send feedback directly through the app. The coach responds in the chat.

- Active MetaFit account created by your coach
- Internet connection
- Android 5.0 (API 21) or higher
