I've had this game downloaded for idk how long because I downloaded it one day, played it then put it in my folder and never touched it since.. tried playing again today and the game is 100% unplayable as it just shoves the connection error on the startup screen down my throat (yes I have wifi I'm at home so there should be no connection error)

This didn't last long. Got to play for a couple months now you get network error and devs can give 2 💩 about it. I even wasted money on this game. Good job devs. Will never play a game you make again.
