I bought the pro version when it first started out, but the app just seemed to get worse over time. more glitching, more internal ads, etc. I finally gave up when they created another subscription tier and called it "plus". I am sad to say goodbye to all of my hundreds of virtual trees, but I don't see any way that this app could regain my trust.

2026-07-28	Di*****	the new interface is the worst update this app has ever gotten. its no longer feels like the forest that I've been using for close to a decade. it's no longer satisfying to look through your species inventory. the absolute WORST part is that after planting a species I have to hit THREE extra buttons just to get back to the main menu. it's tedious, unnecessary, and even suspicious because they're now trying to sell the "boost" feature. where did the app that I love go?

2026-07-27	Ab*****	it works for me most of the times. As someone with adhd it does motivate me to stay on task during the timer! I love the trees I get, I'd love to customize my forest more though.. mainly just placing the plants where I want would be fun. I have the plus verison (not the new new one though) its a shame that apps like these need to get things like paywalls, because it doesn't really make the app any better, it just makes it less accessible, and just makes it less about getting rid of distraction
