1.Install this app on Chrome and install the NotiFYI app on your Tizen phone from Tizen Store and setup up the same password on both (Password should be between 3 to 20 characters)

2.Ensure that both PC and Tizen phone are on the same wifi network and there is proxy involved in the connection.

3.If you are using chrome on Windows you might need to follow additional steps as below to allow incoming UDP port to be unblocked for Chrome:

i.Goto Control Panel ii.Click on 'Systm and Security' iii.Under 'Windows Firewall' click 'Allow a program through Windows Firewall'
