Use this extension with Citrix GoToAssist Service Desk to quickly to go a record. From the omnibox (also known as the address bar) you can specify a record number. For example, entering "b 1234" will display record #1234.

You can also enter a "record phrase", a unique two-word phrase that's easier to remember than the number. For example, entering "b loose goose" will take you to record #200.

You find out what the record phrase is for a given record number by looking next to the record number on the Service Desk web site.

This is really useful for me. I like to plan out my next day tasks and always include the two words. Though I've had to explain to coworkers what the purpose of the phrases on my agenda are for.
