If you want someone consistent, stable, and communicative that you can trust, that will keep your btc secure, I can tell you this company is probably not it. You will always be worried about losing your btc. I can tell you this has never gotten better over years of dealing with them.

Conclusion: why should I trust a company that can't release functional software with a digital coin? I like the business model in theory but have had repeat issues with basic function of app.
