First, Smartcare rolled out this new app with no information on what center directors must do inside Smartcare to make it useful. That's the first reason for one star Second, all this app does is provide an opportunity for employees to sign in from anywhere, their home, on their way to work when they are late, after they leave their shift, etc. It is not useful at all. It would be useful if it worked more like the parent app, generating a QR code for employees to scan when they arrive at work.
