CampusKarts (Seller App)

Rider for CampusKarts is the companion app for delivery riders on CampusKarts —
the platform campus food carts, print shops and small sellers use to take
orders. If a seller has added you to their kart, this app is how you get their
deliveries.

It does one job well: it makes sure you never miss a delivery, and it gives you
everything you need to complete one without leaving the app.


HEAR EVERY DELIVERY

The moment a seller assigns you a delivery, your phone alerts you — a loud tone
that works even when the screen is locked and the phone is in your pocket on a
cycle. No refreshing, no watching a group chat. Your deliveries are also listed
in the app and refresh every time you open it, so nothing depends on a
notification arriving.


EVERYTHING FOR THE RUN, IN ONE PLACE

Each delivery shows where to collect it and where it's going — the kart, the
pickup point, the customer's name and their exact drop address. From the same
card you can:

• Navigate to the drop with one tap, using your usual maps app
• Call the customer, or call the kart, without copying a number
• Accept a delivery, or hand it back so another rider can take it
• Mark it picked up, then delivered — one tap each

Know before you knock. Every delivery tells you whether to collect cash on
delivery, and exactly how much — or that the customer has already paid and you
should not collect anything. No awkward conversations at the door.


COVER MORE THAN ONE KART

Deliver for several sellers at once. Join a kart with the short code the seller
gives you, and all your deliveries land in one queue. Leave a kart any time you
have no active runs for it.


SIGN IN WITH YOUR NUMBER

No password to remember. Enter your mobile number, get a one-time code, and
you're in. The app stays signed in after that, so you only do this once.


BUILT FOR THE PHONES RIDERS ACTUALLY USE

Notification delivery is unreliable on many popular Android phones, whose
battery managers quietly stop apps in the background. This app keeps its own
connection open while you're signed in, shown by a small ongoing notification,
so your alerts keep working. It also checks your phone's settings and tells you —
with a one-tap fix — if something is going to stop your deliveries from ringing.


WHAT YOU NEED

A CampusKarts rider account, and at least one seller who has added you to their
kart (or the kart's join code). This app is for riders — sellers use the
CampusKarts Seller app, and customers order through the kart's own link.
