Now, you have the ability to click on a phone number within any web-based application (i.e., HubSpot, Salesforce, Autotask, ConnectWise, IT Glue, and others) or other websites to make a phone call, send a business text message, or leverage Cytracom Discover to add context to a conversation.
Requirements: You must have an assigned Cytracom extension. To allow Cytracom Discover to access contextual data, you must be running the Cytracom Desktop application.
