Camimac CRM

It is the field app for your Camimac workspace. Sales and service staff can record their work on the move, and the office sees it at once on the Camimac web app.

SALES
• Parties: customers, dealers and distributors with contacts, addresses and order history
• Orders: create sales orders from your product catalogue and follow their status
• Inventory: check products and stock

ENGAGEMENT
• Meetings and calls: plan them, log the outcome and add notes
• Tasks: see what is due today, update the status and attach files
• Tickets: raise and follow service tickets with photos and documents

MY WORKDAY
• Attendance: check in and check out with your location
• Expenses: submit claims with receipt photos or PDFs and track approval and reimbursement

Every status change keeps a remark and a full history, so the whole team knows what happened and when.

Camimac CRM needs a Camimac account. Your organisation's administrator creates it on the Camimac web app.
