Θα ήταν πιο βολικό, τουλάχιστον για εμένα , να μπορώ να διαμορφώσω εγώ το βάρος που θέλω να χάσω και τις θερμίδες που θέλω να καταναλώσω . Ώστε να μπορεί να υπολογιστεί και το χρονικό διάστημα περίπου που θα χρειαστεί για να φτάσω στο στόχο μου. Κατά τα άλλα πολύ ωραίο εφαρμογή!
