installed once to try then had to uninstall. But the app won't let me reinstall saying that it is already installed even though it had been uninstalled and is not available for use on my phone.

Overall, a fairly well-designed app. My biggest complaint is that when making a trip request, the "door-to-door" trip type tab is highlighted, fooling you momentarily into thinking you're creating such a trip. Then, a moment later, the "family of services" tab becomes highlighted. If you don't catch this, you could book the wrong type of trip if door-to-door is what you need. They really need to ditch the tabbed interface for a simple toggle input (eg "d2d <--0> FOS")
