Bon-Coach is the app for volleyball coaches who want to save time on preparation and stay focused on the sidelines.

TWO MODES, ONE REAL USE

• Preparation Mode — At home, you build your session: catalog
of exercises, easy-to-read court diagrams, instructions, variations, equipment.
Everything is concise, clear, and designed to be effective in ten minutes each evening.

• Gym Mode — On the court, the screen switches to a dark background, displaying only one exercise at a time, with large text and a built-in timer. You hold your phone at arm's length and see what you need, when you need it.

A CATALOGUE THAT REFLECTS YOU

During registration, you fill out your team profile: gender, category (seniors, youth, veterans), level, usual roster size, and priority themes (reception, defense, attack, serving, tactics, etc.).

The app then prepares a personalized space: by

default, only sessions and exercises tailored to your profile are displayed. A "see all" toggle allows you to expand the view when you want to explore.

ADAPTATION IN A SNAP

"Actually, there are 9 of us" — the classic gym question.

Tap the group size icon, and the app instantly recreates
the session: number of stations, players per station, recalculated waiting time, and a recommended variation. No more impromptu drills!

You'll still have viable exercises even when the lineup changes at the last minute.

CLEAR FIELD DIAGRAMS

Each exercise is illustrated with a vector diagram of the field (9 × 18 m),

readable in both light and dark modes, from a small preview to full screen.

The drawing conventions are respected: solid line for the ball's trajectory, dashed line for player movement, and curved lines for lobs.

WORKS OFFLINE

The content you view is cached. Once the app is used, it remains operational even without a network connection—useful in gyms with poor coverage. Your own workouts are stored locally and sync with the platform as soon as you're online.
