Rally TV

Horrible.the app is always buffering.and when I record shows there's lines and it's glitching .it goes from 4k to blurry all the time .I've called to complain but just get the merry go around.i switched from telus which paid less for but got way more channels and also lost the ability to watch shows i missed .rally tv you can only go back 3 days .and the shows I record rally misses some of them.not happy

Services are down often. Channel offer is poor. Too many repeated channels under different numbers. Cannot create a favorites list, or hide a pesky religious or tv sales channel. Customer service non existent and will disconnect your call from waiting queue after 30 minutes waiting. PLEASE stay away from this if you can. It was imposed on my building as the only available provider. Believe it not, I have come to miss Shaw services, which are no prize either.
