Payworks Self Service

Payworks Self Service gives employees quick, secure mobile access to payroll and time management tools. (Important: your employer must be a Payworks client with email login enabled.) From the app you can view pay statements and pay history, submit time-off requests and check balances, clock in/out via Web time or Timesheets, see your work calendar and team shifts, request or claim available shifts, and update personal employee information such as address or emergency contacts.

The app supports biometric authentication (fingerprint or facial recognition) for fast secure sign-in and delivers push alerts for available shifts. Feature availability depends on your employer's Payworks subscription. For help, contact your company Payroll Administrator or HR department — Payworks client service reps cannot access individual employee Self Service data. The app is regularly updated with new features and improvements.
