one year after purchasing 2023 rogue platinum and over $300.00 of Nissan connected services purchase, I'm repeatedly unable to remotely perform any commends. failed to start , failed to locate the car messages. getting it fixed after hours on the phone, total waist of time . I'm told it's fine. but it's not. got to phone and spend another 2 hr on the phone. Nissan can do better, I'm sure.

As a long term nissan owner since 2015 I expected to be able to use my nissan credentials to log in. This was not the case. The app did not help my find any of my nissan info needed to make an account which they should really have anyway since i am logged into the main official nissan app on this phone already. Long story short, this app shouldn't be up on play store if it doesn't work.
