NHRI is a research centre created out of a partnership among four members of the forest industry, the Université de Moncton, the government of New Brunswick and the government of Canada.

Its mission is to encourage viable development of the hardwood resource and to support, through applied research activities, optimal development of our hardwood forests for the benefit of businesses and organizations working toward their development and exploitation.

This is an application that provide a decision-tree tool for tree cutting prescriptions.
