Triplinx has been my Sherpa guide for a long time. The software updates really improved my trip foci here in Mississauga & occasional day trips into Toronto. The trip options are great. Several times I started my trips with Triplinx, but optimized my trip enroute based on prior knowledge of the route (Miway AKA The Mississauga Chance-it, or The TTC AKA Take the car). Busses arrive early, & other busses arrive at my stop that will take me to the same place. So I often beat the ETA. 4/5!

I'd rather give this a 3.5 - a little confusing on figuring out what time my train (that I'm on) will arrive - so I can let my pickup taxi know - it can be done but I have to think too much. Also haven't figured out saving regular trips for re-use yet. There's a lot to like about the app - but maybe a "customer use case" or "jobs to be done" analysis approach would help. Update months later. Trying to figure out arrival time for a train I'm on is impossible ☹️
