I found what I was looking for but .. the app is not especially user friendly .. pages are awkward navigate. it struggles to switch between dental and medical coverage. whatever you do, keep a pen and paper handy. it seems to have many unexpected biometric sign in steps. ... the app is a decent last resort but it might be easier just to use a laptop browser.

not even able to access my account. keeps having a message that the provider is having technical issues. Forget about the app and do your stuff online.
