Aide is an app that empowers Health Ambassadors and community care workers by providing access to up-to-date personalized client care plans.

Aide allows you to:
- Easily access information about your clients in the community, including demographics, personalized care plans, and assessment forms.
- Provide Gotcare nurses and care experts with real-time updates including biometric data (e.g. blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen, weight), assessments, observations, pictures, and notes.
- Instantly connect with the entire interdisciplinary team (including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses), as well as family members and caregivers with the touch of a button.
