A Canadian local number for your practice, separate from your personal one. Calls ring in the app, and calls you make from Rivet show your practice number. Text clients from the same number, and every conversation stays in one inbox. Voicemail is transcribed on Rivet's own servers in Canada, never by a third-party AI. Missed calls get an automatic text in the exact words you've written. AI never speaks to your clients.

VIDEO SESSIONS
End-to-end encrypted video your client opens with one tap in any browser, with nothing for them to install. Share your screen for worksheets, assessments and clinical materials. Sessions are never recorded.

EMDR / BILATERAL STIMULATION
Visual, audio and haptic bilateral stimulation inside the session itself. Designed around the de Jongh / Matthijssen EMDR 2.0 protocol. Multiple stimulus shapes, adjustable speed up to the 2.0 Hz clinical safety limit, dual-task working memory prompts, and SUDS capture between sets with a curve of the session. No second tab.

SESSION NOTES THAT FILL THEMSELVES IN
SOAP and DAP templates fill in from the structured work you and your client did in the session. Use a PHQ-9 in session and the score flows into Subjective. Run an EMDR target identification and the targets flow into Objective, along with SUDS over the session. You write the formulation and plan. Download the finished note as a PDF or plain text and paste it into your EHR.
