My phone is apparently now not compatible with the app. It keeps telling me to update the app but I can't. It won't even give me the option. I need this app as I'm currently building a home and many trades and supplies are paid through etransfer. Grrr.

Having troubles with the app. I've been using it for 9 months without issue suddenly it says my phone is not compatible with it. I am quite confused It says an update is available but I'm unable to load the update. Suggesting was given to me by person at the branch and I'd rather not do that because it means reinstalling all of my bill payments and email contacts. Can you please get back to me here on the comment if any constructive assistance.
