This service said they can make appointments and provide referrals for me. My first request was for a walk in appt and my care provider sends me a list of locations and phone numbers to call to make am appt myself. With the added insult that if I needed help I could reach out again. I didn't ask to spend $20 for a chat bot to walk me through a phone call. Worthless

2023-08-18	Li*****	I used this service last year and it was great. Tried again today for an appointment for my daughter. Im 8.5h, they attempted 5 calls. That's less than 1 per hour, and the results were no appointment found. I paid 15$ for services i didn't recieve.

2023-07-06	Au*****	Overly complicated app. In order to cancel a subscription they have a "supervisor" contact you. Just let me cancel my subscription myself like every other app. Gives the app a skammy vibe. Application compliquée pour rien. L'annulation d'un abonnement doit passer par un spécialiste. Ça donne l'impression de magouillage.

2022-06-22	Sa*****	I subscribed to this app in hope of getting an urgent appointment for my child. The coordinator tried to book once in the past 5h that I am subscribed to the service. Just to give you a perspective, I called 30 different clinics in about an hour (online and phone). I found the coordinator to be extremely slow. I want a refund on my activation fee and my subscription fee. Totally misleading. AfterI got my appointment booked, I checked back on the coordinator. It only made 1 call in total.

But I had time to get myself an appointment and then find a second better appointment, all through the messy (but free) government platform, while Doctr didn't find anything within over 30 hours. Not worth my money (at least it was just $5).
