Fair player rotations & fresh matchups for pickleball, tennis, padel & more
Pickleball Mixer is the fair-play organizer for every court sport. Whether you run pickleball, tennis, padel, badminton, table tennis or squash sessions, it builds balanced rounds, keeps matchups fresh, prevents long sit-outs and tracks every result - no spreadsheets, no drama.
Twenty players, four courts, and nobody arguing about who sits out.
WHY PICKLEBALL MIXER
Every club has one person running the session: names on a whiteboard, a mental note of who has already played whom, and the blame when someone sits out twice in a row. Pickleball Mixer does that job properly. Unlike a fixed rotation chart or a spreadsheet, it watches play time, sit-outs, partners and opponents as the session runs, and builds each round from what has actually happened.
HOW A SESSION GOES
- Paste your player list, one name per line
- Set how many courts you have, from 1 to 20, and what each one is for
- Play a round, then tap the winning side or a tie - one tap per court
- Tap next round. Everyone who was waiting is now on
SCORES ONLY IF YOU WANT THEM
Recording a result is one tap: team 1, a tie, or team 2. That is the default, and for most sessions it is everything - no scores to type, nothing to add up. Turn score tracking on and each court gets a compact score sheet instead, with one-tap shortcuts for games to 11, 15 or 21. The winner is worked out from the score, so nobody picks a winner twice. Scores give every player points for, points against and a differential, and turn the statistics screen into a ranked standings table, ordered by win percentage then point difference. A tie counts as half a win. Leave the toggle off and none of it appears. Switch it on for a club tournament and hand out a real ranking at the end.
EVERY COURT ITS OWN FORMAT
Each court carries its own rule: open, mixed doubles, women's or men's. Run a women's court, a men's court and two open courts side by side in one session. The court scheduler fills each one legally or leaves it empty rather than forcing a lineup that breaks the rule.
PLAN AHEAD, OR PLAY ON THE FLY
Generate the whole schedule up front and hand it out, or let each round be built as you go. Either way you can record a result for every match, and the standings come out the same - whether it is a padel ladder or a badminton club night.
COURTSIDE, NOT IN YOUR HAND
Zoom any court to full screen to see at a glance who is on it and what format it is playing. The round timer goes full screen too, big enough to read from the far baseline, and it calls the one-minute warning and time's up out loud - so you can run the session without watching your phone. The countdown stays live on your lock screen.
WHEN THINGS CHANGE
People arrive late and leave early. Add or remove players mid session, swap two players between courts, and link partners who want to play together. Close the app or restart the phone and the session resumes where it was.
