CAA Rescuer app access is available for authorized Rescuers of CAA Club Group. It provides an efficient platform to manage roadside assistance rescues. This app is built in collaboration with its users focusing on safety, security, reliability, and ease-of-use in mind.

Access to this application is available exclusively to employees and authorized Rescuers of CAA Club Group.

Stay connected with your facility and dispatch through the application’s all-new messaging system. Users can send updates, ask questions, or report issues directly through the app, eliminating the need for separate phone calls and ensuring a smooth, efficient process.

4. Updated image capturing
Users can now capture and upload multiple pictures in one batch.

5. GPS Navigation Integration
With integrated GPS functionality, users can easily navigate to the Member's location and tow destination. It also provides an accurate estimated time to our Members with the direct integration of the CAA Rescuer app with Google/Apple Maps.

6. Real-Time Call Notifications
Users receive immediate notifications for new rescue requests, allowing them to accept, decline, or inquire further about the job details. This ensures Users can manage their workload effectively and respond quickly to Member service requests.
